8. The concurrent drills by English security on how to deal with mass transit

bombs. The exercise included 3 mock bombings in locations where the actual bombs went off, on the morning of the bombings. Not unlike the war games in the US that took place on 9/11 where the air force would have to shoot down commercial planes that had been hijacked.

11. If it is true it doesn't mean anything - but people will use it as proof

of some such conspiracy. If it is true some bombers likely thought that mixing it up on a day there was 'practice' would add to the confusion.

All speculation. Was in Canadian News as a fact - but I don't think it is really acknowledge as so.

No point in torturing our British DUers with theories.
