The press should ask Fitzgerald for a list of criteria for Scotty.
Fitsgerald should provide some criteria that would let Scott answer some questions.

"Yes Scott may answer if the President stands by his pledge to fire anyone involved in the leak of a name of a CIA operative."

"Yes Scott may answer if he stands by this the statement: 'I've gone to each of those gentlemen, and they have told me they are not involved in this.'

"Yes the president may tell the press if he continues to have confidence in Mr. Rove."

"Yes, Scott may tell you if he as hired a lawyer."

FREE SCOTTY!!!

1. Funny thing about Video
it comes back to haunt you...... Scotty should really review his own tapes on this subject before he tries to lie again....

2. Better yet
I just want to hear if those who are conducting the investigation have actually requested that McClellan refrain from answering questions regarding the case.

I'd just like to hear any response from Fitzgerald regarding McClellan's comments.

3. Interesting
I don't know if we are going to get Scotty though - it will certainly be embarassing for him (and he may choose to withdraw), but there are two many links in the chain for him to face legal troubles.

4. Fitzgerald can't.
Keep in mind he is running the grand jury, and hence can't discuss these things.
