Lying to Congress IS a crime!
Remember Iran-Contra?!

The following people were convicted because they lied to Congress!

Oliver North
John Negroponte
Elliot Abrams
John Poindexter

These people also lied...
George W. Bush (In a SOTU address before the war on Iraq)
John Ashcroft (Lied to the 9/11 Commission)

2. It comes under the Felony to Defraud the United States
It doesn't matter about what. John Dean has spoken out many times on this.

3. But in the mindset of the faithful flock, a Repug lying to the Congress
is no crime for nothing must stand in the way of implementing the RW (PNAC) agenda (the greater good).

4. Don't forget:
Weinberger. And also remember that Bush pardoned all that were involved in that scandal on Christmas Eve '92. Rove will get a pardon too. Bush2 is still in office after lying to everyone, so he got his pardon by getting away with it.

8. Lying to Congress... not just Perjury.
And was John Ashcroft under oath, I think he was, but I am not sure.

When a President makes a SOTU speech, the Constitution says they must report in 'good faith', in other words they must tell the truth.

This can fry the Mal-Administration.
