if the republicans are making lots of money on housing

and as congress people who give themselves 4000 year raise no matter what - how or why would they ever vote dem

I was thinking about this today
most realtors are republican
most people buying and selling houses and making big bucks are republicans

most people making minimum wage or not much more are democrats

so the base for * is doing really well in this economy - so why would they want to change

they have munipulated interest rates and gotten people to take equity loans and continue priming the pump and buying goods

they are paying people the least amount of wages since before the turn of the last century -

Yet there are enormous amounts of homes selling for over 200,000 while most people only make less than 50,000

yet the only ones who seem to vote are the rich - they have jobs they can take off to go vote

the poor can not miss their minimum wage job

these people seem to have absolutely no reason to change what they are doing

everyone has been predicting a bubble or collapse for almost three years = most homes have doubled in that time - people are walking away with a lot of money in their pockets

just musing here - most people only change if they are in pain - these people are not - none of them - they have great jobs living off tax payer money - they have guarenteed their own retirement and their future - they have absolutely no reason to help the rest of us

they use religion to draw out the 'stupid' people who believe they are religious when in fact they are 'snakes' the credit card companies are legalized loan sharks - this is like al capone days only worse because it is all legalized

just my rant - their coup of the government has worked and is working and the rw is helping them achieve it even more while stealing them bline - they have the drug of choice for rw and the rw are so addicted to imposing their religion on everyone else - this is not looking pretty - they eat of thes lies - hannity and rush (the addict) whip them into a frenzy - and they line up and vote for what is not good for the whole - believing it is

while the rest of the top - go away laughing

when I read headlines - so and so tells * to fire xxxx or so so tells * to be careful in picking S Court - they must be laughing - just saying try to stop us - if you do - we will have you audited - we will make sure your kid doesn;t get into college - or whatever tricks they play - the media is scared of *

everyone has been rolling over for years

the dem congress won't do much except lots of mouth and then vote the way * wants because they want and need their job - it is the only place they can make over 150,000 and have full benefits and full retirement - they will do all they can - to keep those positions - that includes fooling the voters -

1. You hit the nail on the head!

We have witnessed what you described over the last two years where I live.There have been so many overnight millionaires made with land deals it is unbelievable. With the tax laws the way they are now these people can just keep on buying and flipping land and never pay taxes. They have run all the middle working class out. The environmental laws have been trashed in favor of the developers. They have taken over the local government and what is really sad is the few that were on our side have turned too. They have be let in on some of the big land deals and like what this big money can do for them. There is not enough of us old timers left to fight. You are also right about the poor working people being fired up by talk radio, it is almost a religion to them here. The unique little mom & pop businesses are being replaced by huge complexes. All they get out of the years they leased the buildings for their businesses is to have Rush tell them they are good republicans and to keep cheering for those who have stole their livelihood. I have given up too, as of Friday I'm leaving a home I loved for 30 years, I am too tired of fighting a corrupt city hall and I can't afford the taxes.

too low, the rich won't remain so happy...
