International DUers. Is Plame/Rove getting any play outside the U.S.?
My GF is in Spain for a month and I'm gonna ask her if there is anything in the Spanish papers. Just wonder if this is getting out. I just saw on CNN how they are saying the administration thinks the story is all "Beltway" and the rest of America doesn't know about it. Yeah right.:eyes:

5. Australia says YES
It's getting coverage on our public broadcaster, ABC. I don't know if it's getting coverage on the commercial networks since I don't watch/read/listen to them.

Coverage on the current affairs show Lateline
http://www.abc.net.au/lateline/content/2005/s1412882.htm

Coverage on ABC radio
http://www.abc.net.au/worldtoday/content/2005/s1412766.htm

There's heaps more than these, I'm just giving examples. Plus it's making the news bulletins.

6. Here In NewZealand
Yes, it had a little bit, not a major story, just mainly what the MSM in the states are saying, probably a minute's worth in the nightly news. They did make it sound like bad news for Rove.

Serously, make no different to us. Just another crook. US already judge guilty on war in Iraq..... so what so surprising with Rove being the crook he is hey. Only thing is, if he get off we just laugh cause wow talk about being bugger big time.

Ok need to put back earplug. Lady Liberty scream of pain from all the abuse really hard to take.

8. A bit in the UK, but it's not high profile
not surprisingly really - the TV and radio bulletins are dominated by the London bombs, so there's not much time for other things.

The BBC website had the story yesterday: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/americas/4671335.stm , and the Guardian's roundup of papers shows it appeared in The Times, Independent, and Financial Times on Monday, and the Telegraph today: http://media.guardian.co.uk/emailservices/article/0,,1525935,00.html
http://media.guardian.co.uk/emailservices/article/0,,1527486,00.html

and the Guardian itself has covered it.

9. a bit in the Netherlands
being mentioned is that it's odd that Novak seems to be ignored in all this, and that in the end it's about the fake Yellow Cake papers.
