SIMPLE PROTEST: stick on gas pump pic of dead iraqi kid/gallon (GRAPHIC)
I don't know about you, but I've got a couple of images of kids over there I can't get out of my head. That something we need to share with the remaining supporters of Bush, and those who oppose the war but don't feel compelled to act yet.

If you don't want to buy the printable stickers (about a buck a sheet at staples I think), you can print it on regular paper, take a glue stick with you and run a couple of lines of glue on the back before you slap it on.

Put it on the side of the pump or entrance to the island, and the attendant won't notice for a while.

And so on. I'll post more later. Post the most heartrending, and I'll put it on Cafepress stickers.

3. I'd put this up for cost
a bumper sticker is $3. you could get 3 smaller images on that and cut it up = $1

Smaller might go a little longer before the attendant notices.

A 5x3 rectangle is $2.50

from the booth, you wouldn't notice it.

7. Just do a google image search on "Iraqi Children"

You'll find more awful pictures than you'd ever imagined.

For what it's worth, I wouldn't put something that awful on gasoline pumps.

I think it would be better placed on Bush/Cheney cars, SUVs and Hummers.

And those "Pro-Life" people that stand on sidewalks waving pictures of dead fetuses around? Maybe they should see these pictures, too.

10. This is the one that always gets me.

These photos and more should be shoved in all those bush-voting "pro-lifers'" faces.

12. That one always makes me tear up too.
I read a news story afterwards that the little girl in the picture was a deaf mute and it was her uncle carrying her out of the wreckage. IIRC, her parents were killed by the bomb that blew off her foot, but she herself did survive even after the horrific injury to her leg.

17. that one sneaks up on you--you don't notice the gore until the
second look, which makes you see the humanity first.

11. Defacing the property of others is always the best way to
protest. It shows that the protester has reached an almost unattainable level of maturity and wisdom.

14. you can use static cling stickers too.
that peel right off.

do you think that oil companies care about other people's property, like Iraqis? Or take a look at what they do to people in Nigeria.

This is about as radical as I get, but I wouldn't lose any sleep over hurting ExxonMobil's or ChevronTexaco's feelings.
