on the 11th was really weird. First, it wouln't download, then the link disappeared and reappeared later that night and was able to view it. Go figure!
I think that so many peeps want to see SS being hammered that it's causing an overload.

Editing myself for clarity. I wasn't looking at CSPAN -- that one is working for me now. It's whitehouse.gov that changed their link.
They've taken down the link. Try refreshing the page. It now says:
" Video from the Press Briefing will be available on the web site shortly."
It was once video OF the briefing. Now it's video from the briefing. They must have decided to edit it.
