1. He said the VP requested the info
They're spinning it that the VP asked him personally, but I don't believe he ever said that.

7. ok, that his how I understood it.
Cheney asked the CIA to investigate the claim of Niger. AFter that, he let the CIA handle who and how they would do it.

Plame suggested her husband based on his experience with mining, uranium and 20 years in Africa.

Plame was not at the meeting where it was decided that Wilson would go to Niger.

Your link and everything I have seen in the Senate Report by Roberts supports those as the facts of the case.

4. He did not say the Vice President sent him,
but a request to send someone came from the Vice President's "office".

5. Are we to believe that someone in "the Vice President's office"
would make such an important decision with the VP knowing about it? I think not. If they did, then they need to go. Hell, the whole bunch needs to go. Traitors, each and every one.

8. This is what Wilson actually wrote in his famous but much ignored op ed:
In February 2002, I was informed by officials at the Central Intelligence Agency that Vice President Dick Cheney's office had questions about a particular intelligence report. While I never saw the report, I was told that it referred to a memorandum of agreement that documented the sale of uranium yellowcake — a form of lightly processed ore — by Niger to Iraq in the late 1990's. The agency officials asked if I would travel to Niger to check out the story so they could provide a response to the vice president's office.

10. Facts are so malleable, yes. War is Peace, etc... No wonder they don't
care if the public schools are shit. Don't want people to actually think for themseves. And if there's any danger they'll pay attention to what's going on there will always be a "reality" show on TV or a missing child/woman or a celebrity trial to absorb their attention.

6. One puke told me that
he told Cooper that Cheney sent him. Cooper was going to write this whole story about Cheney sending him to Nigeria, and Rove was just warning Cooper off the false story. Oh, and Cooper was calling Rove on another matter and just casually brought this up.

How's that for spin?
