Richard Clarke predicted some US troops in Iraq will come home
before the 2006 election (for domestic political reasons.)

On the "Al Franken" radio show today.

They said maybe 25,000 troops.

What about the ones left behind? Will they be in greater danger because Bush wants to play politics at home?

What if they pulled the troops out and then Iraq became peaceful? Wouldn't that fuck up their plans?

don't have their arms or legs or eyes. Let us not forget these guys that have given literally life and limb for their country...

I would not put it past Bush to once again use our troops for his political agenda. Aren't their lives enough for you Sir?
