Having a more than passing familiarity with Navy ships including those currently commissioned and many that have been de-commissioned, I do not elieve this. We have no ships designed for that purpose. Brig space is teeny-tiny on the ships that even have brigs and these sorts of folk would not be brought aboard to wander around.
