A schoolyard analogy....on Rove....
Think back to grade school....remember the schoolyard bully, the big jerk who pushed the smaller kids around....with impunity, for a while...then, one day, he got his and he never saw it coming. "What are you gonna do about it?" he'd say. Then one day, one of the kids got fed up with being pushed around, and - to his own surprise, right out of nowhere - he (or she!)threw a haymaker at the bully, connecting hard and giving the big dumb jerk a bloody nose. Nothing gets a big dumb jerk's attention better than a punch in the nose.

Karl "What are you gonna do about it?" Rove is reaching for his hanky right about now...more puzzled than anything else, but definitely paying attention to a shift in the balance of power.

Pay close attention Karl, you might learn something, but I think it's too late to stop the bleeding.

1. A Third Grade Bully

That is what he is and notice how he handles it when he is in the spotlight.

He was bouncing out of his house this morning and into his car like it was a regular day.

I was surprised that the video clip showed his license plate number. Even for him, that was not a fair thing to do.

But, it is a sign to me that the tide is turning. Last week, no camera man/woman would dare to film his license plate number.

But, IMO. he is shiting bricks right now. He knows the teacher has his number and is watching him closely. The spotlight is on him now and he will not like it when things get nasty.

Bring it ON!

4. this about Rove's high school days...
In high school in Utah, (Rove)was known for being argumentative with teachers and students, for using "vulgar and suggestive language" with female peers, and was accused of stealing money from other students' lockers on more than one occasion.

Often ran for school office; his pattern was to quietly slander his opponents with allegations of sexual deviancy, and then deny that he had done so.

7. Daily Kos of July 10th
I heard Randi talking about this today, didn't search DU as I figured it would have already been covered.

There's a whole lot of stuff about him, his dad left the family of 5 on Christmas (Rove's b'day) when he was 19, later found out the guy wasn't his biological father, mother later committed suicide. More.
