"Rove" he spews out his response automatically.

Reporter: "Scott, is it true that Karl Rove had something to do with a child porn ring."

Scotty: "I can't comment on that because of the ongoing investigation."

Reporter: "So, you're saying they ARE investigating whether or not Karl Rove has ties with a child porn ring?"

Scotty: "I didn't say that..."

Reporter: "But when I asked if Karl Rove had something to do with the a child porn ring, you said you wouldn't answer because of the ongoing investigation. Just now. That's what you said. How do you explain that? Does Karl Rove have something to do with a child porn ring? Will you answer that question?"

Scotty: "I have responded to the question. I can't answer that due to the ongoing investigation. At some point, I will be glad to talk about it, but not until after the investigation is complete."
