Some MoFo stole my yellow ribbon magnet......
Of the 'support the troops' variety, only mine said 'Another Empty Gesture'

I highly doubt it fell off by itself while I was parked at Supertarget parking lot. I also doubt it was a RW Whackjobbie as they left my 'gefilte' evolvefish and my DU Magnet intact. I swear if I see it around town on another car I may have to open a can of smite.

Anyway, time for a new magnet to be ordered. What highly offensive and contrite slogan shall I use this time?

Here are some ideas - but I'm looking for better ones!
'Support higher Oil Prices'
'Support US control of Oil'
'Support US aggression'
'Support endless warmongering'
'How many troops does THIS help?'
'How many more should die?'
'Support Chickenhawk Policies'

3. they stole our blue one
get our troops home...i was just about to steal one of the stupid yellow support our troops thing, but then i realized i don't want to be like them at all and bring myself to that childish way of dealing with things.
I think you should use the "how many troops does this help" that is by far one of the best ones :).

Usually when that sort of thing disappears, it's gone forever. Can't have any dissenting opinions in Uhmerika, now can we?

12. i was thinking of similar slogans the other day after seeing a....
yellow ribbon with "GIT-R-DONE" boldy emblazened upon it. i really wanted to force that vehicle into a roadside ditch but decided against it.

we got a good laugh from a green ribbon on a jeep in a rest area. i was curious what the green ribbon represented and took a closer look. it said "support road head".

17. "SUPPORT EACH OTHER," a great magnet I found in Baker City, Oregon
I was passing through and shopped at a store called Bella. The owner of the shop (organic foods and etc.) had designed it herself. It's a green ribbon with some thin white stripes, it's very striking, and it says "Support Each Other."

She said people had complained that they were being stolen from their vehicles, though, and she says she hasn't figured out whether the thieves are angry about the message or they simply want the magnet and can't be bothered with finding out where to buy one.

The store phone number is 541-523-7490. I suggested she sell them through Cafe Press. Like I said, it's a really striking magnet, very pretty.

18. I like 'Made in China'
The shorter the slogan, the larger font they can print it in - and I like it to be noticed.

I may have to get a whole bunch and rotate my message daily.

The other idea I had was a plain yellow magnet with number stickers/magnets on it, updating the number of troops killed daily.

19. Ya, lets tie a yellow ribbon around the old oak tree for that.
You know, the purpose of military action is to secure safe places to export American jobs to. Corps need to have fresh slaves after they poison and kill the previous batch.

Ironically, a ribbon like that would not be far from the truth.

21. I like that idea a lot. Have one side with the rotating message and
then on the other side the yellow ribbon with the count. I really like that alot. I may have to steal that idea from you if you don't mind.
