Bolton Nomination and Rove - Plame leak have to be linked

Isn't there two sources for the Plame leak?
IMO: Bolton is the other leak that Wilson is sitting in jail for. It all makes sense that the White House will not release document tied to the Bolton confirmation because it would expose him as one of the sources.
Bolton was the Under Secretary, Arms Control and International Security at the time and had access to such information.

Someone with some time could spend it well looking up information on Bolton, Plame and Rove and tie it all together with the Africa link for Yellow Cake. It has the same stink as the Rove tale.
