Don't be surprised when they throw Kenn Starr's leagcy to the wolves with the "Dems of all people should be able to recognize an over zealous prosecutor" line. They'll morph that into the activist SCOTUS line as they push for some RW hacks to replace Rehnquist & O'Connor.

But at the end of the day, the prosecutor will do his job. Bush will eventually pardon Rove, but Rove will be gone.
