Why BUSH keeps us safe from terror

1) He's a terrorist recruitment officer's dream

2) His only favorable poll rating is "fighting the war on terror", which means nothing more than avoiding any more attacks since 911. Attack here again and he's history. Then the US might get someone who is competent at fighting international terror networks.

Why in the world would any terrorist want to weaken him by launching another attack in the US?
