posturing as a maverick mode. The one he uses when the outcome of what is being debated or voted on is either of no significance or a done deal. But when the chips are down he is as bad or worse than the others. At least they have the dubious honor of being up front with their partisanship. Look as his vote on the Rove Amendment.
