Man, the twists and turns pretty much prove the "knowingly" bit.
Here's probably what happened...

1) Rove revealed to Judith Miller and told her to reveal it to Novak.

2) Novak revealed it to Rove.

3) Rove revealed to Cooper.

This is why Miller won't testify and why Rove won't give a specific waiver to Miller.

The thing is, Fitzgerald probably has physical evidence of the above which makes Miller a co-conspirator.

Rove is going down. He is directly responsible for this leak about grand jury testimony. I expect Fitzgerald to subpoena the reporters who reported this today.

2. Someone must have promised Miller
a bag of money to go to prison to protect Bush, Cheney and Rove.

5. Nope.
Miller has no source. Her stories were half made up out of her head. To admit that would be to ruin her career. She'd never work again.

4. Scooter Libby, I presume?
Personally I wonder what Bolton knows.

6. Libby's name is getting tossed around a lot.
Now, I've missed the original source for the Bolton connection, although I've seen it mentioned before -- how might he fit in?
