China prepared to use nuclear weapons against the US

China is prepared to use nuclear weapons against the US if it is attacked by Washington during a confrontation over Taiwan, a Chinese general said on Thursday.

“If the Americans draw their missiles and position-guided ammunition on to the target zone on China's territory, I think we will have to respond with nuclear weapons,” said General Zhu Chenghu.

4. China is laying the groundwork for an invasion of Taiwan if necessary.

China has always claimed Taiwan just as England claimed the Falklands, and Japan claims some islands.

There is no doubt that China will one day occupy Taiwan. The only questions are when and whether peacefully or by conflict. :shrug:

If you gave pretty much any nation in the free world (such as it is - apart from Israel or the UK) nukes, they would be pointed at the USA within seconds...

No offense to all the 'murricans here at DU, but the gov't of the USA is the most aggressive terrorist proliferation machine ever devised...and the greatest destabilizer of foreign governments known to man!!!
