An interesting movie I saw..... |
|
I saw this movie on this Christian network called JC-Tv. It's about the anti-Christ and a new world. I didn't see all of it but it seemed pretty good. This group was all that was left and they were being hunted down and one woman was saying how the new leader did so many good things for the land and one guy was trying to keep them together. Now they're talking about a new card that can spy on people (sounds familiar??) and that people are willing to give up some freedoms for security and one guy is doubting everything. Now a son is asking her mother why she doesn't believe in Jesus like he does and how the mother will be fine. The father appears to be a fundamentalist and the mother and father are having problems with their marriage. This one girl appears to remember things from before this new world and all the government is doing to this new world and they talk about how the world is different now and we need to adapt for the good of all people. So it appears they brainwashed the group and took away some old memories, or so they thought, and this one girl is remembering. This government is telling people to denounce Jesus and to pledge to this new world. This person is saying those who refuse their offer to step forward and one girl almost did but she ended up refusing and stuck to what she believed in and the other people did too. This woman didn't refuse and was brainwashed into this new world. The woman went to her friend and told how her remembering is probably from drug days but the girl was called "the nun" because she didn't do anything bad and her friend did the bad stuff. It's a very interesting movie. I think the message is not giving up what you believe in and your personal freedoms to the government.

is about to lose her job (the first mother's mother) because she doesn't believe in everything with Christianity. The husband of the first mother thinks the whole project they're doing is tied to the book of Revelation and the guy is now being fired over his beliefs. Now the guy is talking about a chip or mark that can be easily scanned and the card can be lost or stolen. With the right people marketing people will want the chip for safety and if people refuse to take the mark people will be put in jail. The guy was fired because of his religious beliefs and his friend said they could go after religous persecution and the guy said he didn't want to because he thought God could do something better.

2. Interesting. I tend to shy away from Christian programming because it |
|
tends not to jive with my kind of Xianity.

3. Who was Andy (for the newbies)? |
|
Sorry if this is misplaced, but I am too new to start a subject and I've seen his (ANDY's) name and now face peppered throughout the site and I'm new and wonder if there's any place to be referred to to find out about this person, why so many people hold him so dearly....
Also, what's a "FREEPER"?
Just trying to catch up a bit...
thanx

I thought it was interesting. It seemed okay. Sometime I'll try to catch it all. It was called "The Gathering".
