In 2003, Republicans in the White House and the Republican National Committee condemned as "abhorrent" the disclosure of covert CIA operative Valerie Plame's identity, which put American national security at risk for partisan gain. President Bush properly promised to fire any individual involved. Karl Rove, the President's top adviser and the Republicans' top strategist, has now been proven to be directly involved. We, the undersigned, demand that President Bush keep his word and fire Karl Rove for his shameful betrayal of our country.
