Clark's sordid fundraising past
That war-loving, Bush-kissing freak was actively campaigning for embattled Democrat Max Cleland in 2002.

What a neocon robot!!!

"Gen. Wesley Clark, former Supreme Allied Commander of NATO, heads to Macon, Georgia to endorse Democratic Sen. Max Cleland in his re-election bid against GOP Rep. Saxby Chambliss. Clark will make his announcement during the Georgia Democratic party convention. Sen. Zell Miller, D-Georgia, will introduce Cleland at the convention."

5. And he campaigned for other Democrats?!? Shocking!!
"He campaigned for only Democrats this year, including U.S. House candidate Katrina Swett in New Hampshire, where he also attended a private dinner with party activists. He campaigned in Georgia for Sen. Max Cleland, a Democratic Vietnam Veteran who lost, and in California for Rep. Tom Lantos."

7. But, wait, there's more!!
Wesley Clark was secretly a Rove operative and campaigned for Max Cleland so that he could sabotage his campaign and ensure that he lost!

That's it! It's rock-solid proof that Wesley Clark has been running for president secretly since at least 2002! He wanted all of the Democrats to lose so that Bush would look better so that Clark would look like a knight in shining armor when he finally announced his candidacy!

Hehe. I live for sarcasm.

16. Cool. Now if you could just post positive things about Clark,
Edited on Fri Sep-26-03 03:46 PM by FubarFly
without resorting to a completely insulting, and condescending manner,
you may actually be able to make a case for your man.

Or should I just post the: :eyes: icon, and allow the juvenile shit-slinging fest to continue?

17. Lighten up
I've posted plenty of positive items on Clark. So :eyes: to you.

Threads about Clark's "Republican" past keep popping up in an effort to undercut his claims of a non-partisan past.

So what's wrong with showing FACTS from his Dem past?

18. Nothing is wrong. That's the point.
Clark supporters are hurting their candidate by not taking their critics seriously. Clark fundraising for Max Cleland is a good thing, and IMHO it should be presented enthusiastically.

22. Understood.
But I don't think the right solution is to get on the Clark detractors nerves- flies and honey and whatnot.

If you know positive things about Clark's past please please please post them. I'm trying to get an accurate picture of the man. Every enthusiastic, sincere post means something to me.
