1. That is the question, ain't it.
If you are willing to expose a CIA operative and potentially her associations then what are you not willing to betray?

2. Well....someone gave Chalabi the
information that we had cracked the Iran communications code. Was that a Rovian trick?

3. Release of the fact
that we have cracked a particular code is a grave violation of regulations regarding the handling of COMINT (communications intellegence) data. Such an act constitutes a felony under long established law. Those given access to SCI (Sensitive Compartmentalized Information) regarding COMINT are well briefed on the consequences such breaches may have on national security, as well as the severe legal penalties thereby incurred.

Indeed, if Rove was involved in that disclosure, the legal consequences may be much more significant than those that emerge from the Valerie Plame matter.

4. What was the line in Billy Jack
When those sworn to uphold the law break the rules there is no order.

5. They are people willing to commit a huge fraud and murder over 100,000 ...
... people, for a narrow partisan lust for power - a lust that transcends nation, law, and morality. The people they've murdered posed no threat beyond the temerity of being born in a land with oil - oil that those with lust for power regard as theirs for the taking. When we hear them, in chorus, proclaiming 'liberals' as the enemy, then how can anyone not believe them willing, if not eager, to murder them too? After all, can 'liberals' be any less of a threat to their lust for power than the Iraqis they've murdered?

How many are they willing to murder? Can anyone be safe?

6. Remember the Republican motto: The ends justify the means.
They should make a coin of Benedict Rove, with his profile, and stamp that slogan on there. On the other side, a single word: "Traitor".
