2. whether to take testimony under oath is up to the person...

...or committee, etc taking the testimony. Likewise, anyone can simply refuse to testify under oath-- then it's up to the persons seeking testimony to decide whether to compel an appearance or whether to take their testimony anyway.

on edit-- I like reply #1 better....

8. I have yet to hear any top Democrats call for them to go under oath....
In fact, I dont recall any top Democrats having a problem with them refusing to go under oath during the Iraq hearings either.

All I can tell ya is to keep spinning your wheels- "Why wont they go under oath and clear this up?" is a GREAT talking point, but dont expect Top Democrats to have your back on that one.

10. Depends on whether they got blowjobs or not
Presidents who get BJs have to be under oath. All others do not.

11. Nobody has Nailed Bush re: He Should Have Asked Rove Already
Nobody in the press or the opposition has held Bush's feet to the fire and asked him why he hasn't gotten a full explanation from Rove and Libby and Cheney. Because either he has and doesn't care or he hasn't because he craves plausible deniability.

The new frame (meme) is: Bush Failed to Fire Rove.
