Now talking about what the 87 billion in Iraq is for (spending details)

25 million to study phone lines

100 million for a witness protection program

ABC News talked about the two week R & R, some Vietnam vets are saying it could be an emotional disaster when they have to return

1. I heard some guy on ABC from the Heritage Foundation
trying to spin the 1.7 million additional citizens now living in poverty. They are just pathetic.

3. Krugman commented today about how the Republicans are spinning the
87 bil by saying it's probably more than will be needed to get Iraq on track because the figure was padded by some inflated contractors fees and black ops money to start wars elsewhere "as if this is supposed to make us feel better."

In any event, this is the shit that's REALLY going to hurt Bush -- tying Iraq into the economy and explaining how it's part of the bigger plan to shift wealth to the wealthy and destroy the federal government.
