Sex Offender Arrested/With Porn Material?

MIAMI, Florida (AP) -- Authorities in Florida are sending convicted sex offenders to jail for violating the terms of their probation by having men's magazines such as Maxim.

Andrew Calderon, 23, was jailed for six days before a judge ordered his release after officers found a racy poster and calendar and copies of Maxim in his home earlier this year.

4. It's gone too far

Recently there was an article in the Colorado Springs Independent about some poor young fellow who, by (insert murdered child's first name here)'s law had to go around every time he moved and inform his new neighbors that he is a sex offender.

Actual behavior that led to his status as a convicted sex offender:

Grabbing his crotch while making a rude gesture at a woman.

I mean, it can come close at times, but come on, I know porn when I buy see it.
