One of the MOSt popular statements made by attorneys is:
"Knew or should have known!" I've heard that so many times I can't count that high! Every CEO that's ever been accused of missmanagement, or worse has had their actions described with that statement. Yet, we are giving Shrub a pass when he says "I don't know the facts. I want to know the facts."

What's wrong with the American People? Why don't any of them ask , :Mr. President, Why don't you know the facts?" Rove works "at the pleasure of the president! Should we assume that Shrub is still pleased?

2. He doesn't want to know badly enough to just ask though
or so he says/lies. He wants to know the facts but won't ask directly. This is what is amazing to me that they are letting him get by with this, though they do continue to badger Scotty about it but he keeps giving the same non-answer (doesn't want to prejudge). Fuck that, just ask. That is NOT prejudging. ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

4. Every CEO that's has been accused of missmanagement
HAS BEEN ASKED TO RESIGN
Why are you guys not doing this.
It is your right to ask the President to resign for failing in his job.

5. shouldn't the president be on top of these kinds of things?
I mean, either he knows and is lying, or is an idiot?
I'm just not sure which.

6. How about all three?
He knows, he's lying, and he's an idiot!

It doesn't get him off the hook though! There is responsibility that exists only with the guy at the top! He knew or should have known!!!!
