He was out ALL last week! Is it because of the Rove affair? Do we know for a fact that he has testified in front of the grand jury in the past? Is he not hosting on the advice of lawyers, perchance?!

But I really wanna know whether or not it's due to lawyers telling him he SHOULDN'T, or whether he's just on vacation or something. It's a pretty damn long vacation if it's a week PLUS.
And if he's still out 'cause he can't talk, WHAT DID HE TELL THE GRAND JURY? :P
