A nice speech from a republican
I know I know. It's hard to see eh? My represenitive Zach Wamp was on CSPAN and talking about attitudes. He was saying how one guy who was in the Congress and before he died he would go around and pour coffee and give donuts to people and how we should be more like that. When it's all said and done we're all just children of God and we're called for two purposes. To serve him and each other. We should want to put aside smearing and all that.

1. That man has a wonderful NAME!!
Can you imagine going through life called "Zach Wamp?" It would either kill you, make you stronger, or drive you insane. I know nothing of Mr. Wamp, but since he's a Repuke....

2. He's okay as a person
I've written to him and bitched and he actually wrote me back through Email. I was surprised. I wrote Frist and he just sent a copy and paste letter. :eyes: So at least he took the time to actually write me back. My mother used to think the world of him and he goes to the same gym we are members of and she has met him a few times. Now days though I don't think my mom likes republicans very much and she told me earlier this year next year she is voting straight democratic. :D But it was a nice speech all around though and he was reminding people of why they were in DC. To serve and not their own agenda.

3. Wamp?
Maybe he should take his own advice and stop bashing immigrants. He has one of the most anti-immigrant, xenophobic records in Congress.

4. Yes, Wamp from Tennessee
I'm not really a fan so I don't keep up with what's going on with him. I've seen some of his records and he has voted against veterans and I wrote to him about that and was really pissed of course. Sad.
