Look, we know they lied about the reasons for invading Iraq.
They lied. They lied over and over, about several different matters. If we know it, can’t a capable prosecutor figure it out and get enough information to bring the facts to court? If this is the case, the outing of Plame can only be a catalyst. Let the whistle blowing begin. Which player(s) will be the first on the block to be granted immunity? Soooooooooooooo..........

1. But as far as I know
Fitz is investigating the Rove leak only. I hoping that he finds questions (which he probably already knows) and says that they warrant another investigation by an idependent counsel. Now THAT would be news that we could really clap about.

2. They keep changing the reason for invading
So far we have:
WMD
Saddam is bad and it's up to US to restore world order
We're bringing democracy to the Iraqi people
We need to fight the terrorists "over there" so we don't have to fight them at home (oops! Sorry Britain, but you're still foreigners!)

5. Wouldn't Sen. Roberts' 'Phase II' of the Senate's 911 investigation...
...look pretty good about now? Many of the problems the US is experiencing revolve around the administration's 'use of intelligence'. That portion of the investigation was delayed until after the presidential election; as the GOP is fond of telling us, it's over.
Shouldn't Sen. Roberts be telling us when to expect Phase II?

6. My guess at the 1st to be granted immunity for testimony ----->
Judy, Judy, Judy.

Of course, I've been wrong before. Who else is likely to save their ass under the circumstances: Tenet? Armistead? Powell? Fleisher? Novak? et al reporters on AF1? Lot's of possibilities.
