4. Iraq question. How long can Australian people expect troops
in Iraq.

Bush says he should ask the Aussie PM, he is a rude SOB.

But he can talk about the american troops. No timetable. We are at war. Why give the enemy information.

No artificial timetable. What does that mean?

The answer is when the iraqis are ready to fight for themselves.

And once again, a garish display of flags and a color guard to make a joint statement. Our little chimperor certainly likes his military flourishes, as long as he's safely stateside.

I noticed that they don't drop the flags as they pass through the corridor now. Maybe they finally had the sense to decide that that particular touch was too over-the-top.

6. CIA leak extracting from investigation
has he asked rove or anyone else been asked to resign?

Answer hasn't changed. He can repeat what he said yesterday. there is an ongoing investigation and people shouldn't jump to conclusions until the investigation is over.

He gives her another question Edith. refers back to the first question. Do you speak french?

Useless!

And the WH press corps roars with laughter as he hits them across the nose with a rolled-up newspaper.

Where's the pride?

8. Not only is he not taking questions about the investigation
but he's not taking any general questions about his staff. The question put to him was what WOULD hypothetically constitute the type of crime for which he would fire someone. In what way is that a question interferring with an ongoing investigation?
