Featured today on the BBC World Service page for Newshour, which I heard this AM...I am providing the direct link to Hassan's interview and also to the Hawley report which immediately followed--VERY GRIM about what is going in Baghdad. That big operation to seal off Baghdad has come to grinding halt, things have worsened, 30 bodies a day in the morgue from the low-level civil war now going on in the streets...these casualties NOT including the suicide bombings, etc.
I woke up to the Hassan interview and got a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach....then came the Hawley report. Made me even sicker...
