What if the focus of Fitzgerald's investigation isn't Rove? |
|
What if he is putting ALL the pieces together and going after Bush? There is certainly enough evidence out there. If he together tied the Rove leak/Wilson discrediting, DSM, OSP, etc., etc., he would certainly have enough to qualify for high crimes and misdemeanors. I think that Rove and Libby are just small potatoes.

if I think of the possibility than it definitely will not come true. It would be wonderful but I don't want to get my hopes up nor throw any bad karma Fitzgeralds way as he is doing a good job in whatever it is that he is doing.

5. I am Increasingly Convinced That's What He's Doing |
|
Not sure if Bush himself is on the radar, but everyone else should be. Including the people who originally shared the undercover identity, probably in the CIA itself.

2. Going up the tree, who do Rove and Libby work for? |
|
Phone records from Air Force One have been part of this investigation ... who knows what's up.

4. I'm sure it's NOT just focused only on Rove. |
|
It's amaizing what sometimes crops up during these investigations. One link leads to another, and it sure looks like that's what's happening here.
As much as we would all love to know what's going on, I'm afraid we're just going to have to wait for Fitz!!!!

7. Yup, it's Bill Clinton's fault.... |

if he hadn't had that affair, Gore would have been able to beat Bush in Florida and Bush wouldn't have had to be president and forced to leak the name of a NOC in order to have the war he wanted.

11. That would be appropriate |
|
Esp since Bush has pushed so hard, imo illegally, for the war all along. It would also, possibly, explain why journalists needed to go to jail for this. (although I don't agree 100% with that) If Bush or Cheney is the target, it should all hit the fan pretty fast or else you can count on the disappearance of key evidence or witnesses.
