7. I think the Wall Street Journal did
although I don't think they knew it was "s" for secret... they said it could have had any one of three secret level codes.

8. I heard on the radio from someone who works in the government
The government places Big red stamps over top secret files!!!

and everybody has to sign the file that touches it. So that has lots of documentation!!!
