there was an interesting poll on Olbermann tonight. They asked people if they still trusted Bush (based on the Rove leak story).
48% said they did not, when the story began in '03, 36% said they did not trust Bush.

But the surprising thing was 16% of Republicans said they didn't trust him!!! Can you imagine? A republican admitting they don't trust Bush? Those guys really stick together! Keith was surprised it wasn't 0%!

what did the leak hope to accomplish? - discredit wilson by implying he got the "job" because of his wife's connections, sends a message to others to keep their mouth shut and to not criticize bush*

did this have any bearing on whether or not Niger was selling yellow-cake to Iraq? nope

to date the reasons for invading Iraq:

2. Liberate Iraqis (and assorted variations)
3. To give the terrorists someplace to fight
