WaPo Keeps its Eye on the Prize...distraction short lived.
This story is going to be above the fold on the front page tomorrow. So much for the Roberts nomination taking away focus on this scandel.

4. Kick...another thread has been started on this important piece...I'll
find the link and copy it. One question I have...This story is to appear in the WaPo Paper, right; not just the internet version?

Methinks we must have passed a tipping point before the SC nomination... that is, Rove acted too late. The poor little turd. He's going down, and Bush and all their friends too.

16. WP and NYT have been getting their asses kicked by KnightRidder. They're
in catch-up mode on this story because they don't want to be noticed in their roles as White House propaganda mouthpieces.

She was covert you liar. Everytime I saw Mehlman on T.V. lying about Plame not being covert I wanted to scream. This makes me feel a little better.

18. Good for WaPo. And yes, we CAN focus on more than one issue at once.
I think WaPo enjoys scooping the NYT and that's why they featured the story so prominently. The Plame story is an embarrassemnt to the NYT since they have been caught in collusion with the Bush Regime.

And their positioning of Miller as a journalistic hero is a failure and its becoming transparent that they have been in CYA mode for a couplea years.

What I am trying to say is, nice to see a little journalistic competition!

20. Awesome! Alan Colmes actually read parts of this last night
on his radio show. That blows the 'wasn't a covert agent' excuse all to hell! I wonder what their next excuse will be?

The idiot-in-chief is GOING DOWN! :woohoo:
