If it was about setting the record straight why not a news conference?
Why the skull and dagger double secret select "journalist" only? If Ambassador wilson actually was telling LIES about the Administration it wouyld stand to reason they would have brought attention to that fact in a very public way. Not "double secret" gossip. Another good question is why is this question never asked?
