Here's My Idea For A Gov Program To End Terrorism
Issue passports to all the people in the red states and send them abroad for a month at a time. They could spend a week in London, a week in France (but no Disneyland) a week in Asia and a week in the ME or Africa (I pick that order and length of time in each place to ease them into the idea of being around 'furriners').

After they get back here they might have a better idea about the rest of the world. It wouldn't cost much more than waging war and it might help the worldwide economy.

I know, it's stupid. What's Tom Cruise doing these days?

1. It's already here
It's called "Military Service".

There has been a disproportionate number of soldiers from Red States put in combat. The mortality ratio is over 2:1 in some cases. It's already happening.

Tom Cruise is generally anti-war. The Scientology mishegoss aside, he's one o' them Hollywood Libbruls.
