I have a few questions about the voting machines used in Fayette county. I noticed that they do not have a paper trail. Is there any way to really verify that the vote cast is the vote counted by the machine? If the machine is audited, will the results just echo the original results, or is it a real audit showing step by step the movements of the data? Also, who owns the data in the machines, the voters, the state, or the voting machine company?

I have been involved with the Black box voting scandal for a few months, and I am concerned by the lack of controls, the attitude of the voting machine companies, and political agenda of the voting machine companies, especially Diebold and ES&S. This should not be a partisan issue, it should be of concern of all citizens.

I am scheduled to be a judge this election, to not ask these questions would be dereliction of duty.
