5. Fetuses ARE living human beings. You think they're inanimate
for 9 months and then magically come to life?

Embryos and fetuses, even zygotes, meet the criteria of life that biologists use to determine whether something is living or nonliving. Having human genes, they are also human from the moment of conception. It's for those reasons that I think they should be protected.

Corporations, though, are obviously not living things and have been afforded too much protection under the law, falsely presented as if they were persons.
