Remember Condi Rice's saying that the Wilson report may have been circulating "in the bowels" of the State Dept? She was doing so in response to questions about how the 16 words got back into the SOTU. So if no one knew about his report why was the White House trying to discredit Wilson?:shrug:

I don't recall...was she under oath when she made that statement?

She of "we never imagined airplanes flyinto buildings" fame.

For fun, I would ask DUers to do a little research on Hadley. He is another of the people who has been running this country from behind a cutain of secrecy. He is a hundred times more dangerous than Rove.
