If the Leak had happened under Clinton the GOP would've let it slide
i've heard kenny smellman and many other republican hypocrites actually say these words aloud in the last week. yeah right, i just fell off the turnip truck and i was only born yesterday.

the karl rat leak is just one of thousands of examples of the now famous 'If it had happened under a democratic administration' scenario. and of course everyone knows that if it had, we'd have had kenny starr, henry hyde, trent lott and all the other klansmen
calling for Clinton's head on a pike, after he'd been thoroughly tortured of course.

1. Republikkkans: soft on treason
We all know it's a party line vote. That's why the RICO stuff needs to take down lesser GOP officials first and then let a democratic majority sweep Congress by landslides, modulo Diebold.

3. And I have a bridge to sell you
Let it slide my ass, they would have been stomping at the White House door and not only calling for the prosecution of the perpetrator but the President as well.
The rebuke to that repuke is a blue dress!

4. Oh, come on!
Do they think we just fell off the turnip truck yesterday?

The Republicans would have resurrected the special prosecutor, geared up their echo chambers and had Clinton under indictment so fast it'd make our collective heads spin.

And spin, they would: they'd be blaming Clinton for everything from 9/11 to the rising deficit... oh wait... they already do. :eyes:

5. and monkeys might fly out of my butt...
At the risk of repeating myself:

Ken Mehlmann lives in a reality-free world, where only spin and political need applies.

7. I was born at night
but not LAST night. :eyes: They would never have considered giving Clinton a break. They had to create bullshit to keep up the constant drumbeat. Now they have the nerve to ask for a free pass. They had 6 years (incl. 2000 campaign season) of a compliant press, what more do they want?

:puke:

9. You're confused.
This did happen under Clinton. President Bush is attempting to bring honor back to the White House. He'd love to be able to talk about this right now, but he respects the law. He doesn't want to hurt Clinton's chances for a fair trial. It's the radical left-wing rabble rousers who are trying to twist this thing, and confuse the public during the War On Terror.

10. If that's the case, the GOP does not have the nation's interest at heart.
The party of fabricated patriotism shows its true colors again.

Thanks, Ken, we always knew you had our backs, :sarcasm:

11. Admission of guilt is in that statement
Not claiming innocence, claiming that because Pukes would have let Clinton slide, dems should let BushCo slide. The handwriting is on the wall.
