In the last couple of days. Had a link to an article quoting, at length, from a letter/memo that accompanied the Niger yellow cake forgery (had same seal) passed to the Italians.
Letter was so lame (about Iran, Iraq, others, planning military action against Western targets) that it led intelligence folks to conclude yellow cake memo was forged. Thanks for any help (got the blue screen of death and lost the URL).
