To listen to Rove, Libby, et al, they learned all this "secret" information from journalists. At least two, perhaps more, have said they heard of the Valerie Wilson name from reporters. Just how odd does this sound? The Administration is getting "secret" information from journalists? Something doesn't sound right here...

I had to go down to the local newspaper office everyday and pick up our Secret Message Traffic. They also maintained all our maintenance instructions and wrote our fitness reports and evaluations for us.

They are lying or they arranged for someone (who had been leaked the info by another WH source) call them so they can claim plausible deniability.

Problem is that in today's NY Times, Libby is reported to have said that Tim Russert first told him about Plame. Russert reportedly denies it.
