I just posted to a blog which said that "Bush is stupid". But that was a quote from Kim Jong Il, so maybe this is a different department of North Korean Public Relations.

It's safe to say they're pissed. I think it's interesting that they've focused their anger on 2 people, Bush and Rumsfeld. I recall before the war in Iraq, Hussein & Co. said something to the effect that "Bush and Rumsfeld are dogs", "Rumsfeld is an unholy dog, who should be kicked".

Interesting that world opinion seems to hang its anger on 2 people, when really only one of those was instrumental.
