I sure hope he doesn't get confirmed, but there is still plenty of time for the Senate to be swayed one way or the other.

Boxer, Kerry, Kennedy, Durbin, Dorgan, Schumer will all probably vote against, no matter what. (I'm forgetting someone here)

These senators have become the voice of the dems. They are the ones that don't give a crap if they piss off the other senators, and this administration.

and say he will get in for sure. The research is just starting and if the Rove thing keeps going this would damage the WH credibility on all decisions.
