It isn't looking like the Democrats are going to fight it--unless something turns up that is not at this point known. What do you think the vote will be in the Senate?

I sure hope he doesn't get confirmed, but there is still plenty of time for the Senate to be swayed one way or the other.

Boxer, Kerry, Kennedy, Durbin, Dorgan, Schumer will all probably vote against, no matter what. (I'm forgetting someone here)
These senators have become the voice of the dems. They are the ones that don't give a crap if they piss off the other senators, and this administration.
