Is BOLTON Up To His Eyeballs In TRAITORGATE???? |
|
Makes you wonder if maybe the Senate Dems had an inkling about what was in those documents they were trying to get their hands on during his confirmation hearings. After all, Bolton was working on WMD issues and so was Plame. Did Bolton funnel this info to Rove, Libby et al.?? Was Plame's identity included in the stuff Bolton was requesting? Is that why Bolton was called to testify by the GJ?? Hmmmm.....

3. Bolton has been called by the Grand Jury? GREAT! - I also think |
|
the WH wouldn't give Biden those docs on Bolton because it would have him involved in Plamegate....and because of the Senate's insistence on having the papers, I think they well know it, and just want the docs to show to the American people.

for the administration.....I wouldn't be at all surprised if he wasn't in this up to his eyeballs....
It's bizarre how Bolton's name shows up in the biggest issues of the day.....

9. Can he be given a recess appointment during an "ongoing ... |
|
investigation"? If he's involved (and possibly subject to being charged), shouldn't that prevent him from being appointed to a higher post until the investigation is complete?

10. I have been saying this for weeks |

I think the documents that they refuse to give up about Bolton's inquiries ARE tied to this scandal. That is why they wouldn't give them up. Funny how we aren't hearing ANYTHING about Bolton's nomination now, are we? Frist was given mixed messages about Bolton. The push was on and he was having no part of no as far as confirmation was concerned. Then Frist said he was all done pushing the issue. Then Frist met with blivet** that same day and restated that the Bolton push was not, in fact, over. Funny thing, we haven't heard a peep since then about Bolton. They are trying to bury his name completely. There was no recess appointment and no further push. There also hasn't been a retraction of his nomination, nor a new name placed in the running. Things that make you go hummmmmmmmmm.
Could Bolton be doing the business of the UN Ambassador on the sly already? Wouldn't surprise me in the least.
Condi had to give approval for Bolton to see the papers that he did. Perhaps he heard rumors about the Plame deal and wanted to be on the inside from the bump. Perhaps he was an instrument in the leak as well. Goodness knows, he has no morals to speak of anyway so he wouldn't have much to compromise in that area.
I think Bolton knows a lot more than we have given him credit for.
