5. I emaile the PD, the replied with pix of the 9 yr old boy's gash & cop's

forearm scratches. The gash look's like a 1.5" long, above the eyebrow. The arresting officers' scratches are very superficial.
The point is, IMO, Maribel couldn't possible know the injury to the boy would occur from throwing a rock at him. This case is getting blown up out of proportion, and deserves some feedback AFTER READING THE ARTICLES. When I phoned in my comment to the chief of police, the woman who answered the call just listened. I probably conveighed too much OUTRAGE GOD DAMMIT, you can't do a felony arrest on an 11 yr old girl. OOPS, there I go...
