Yesterday, I was officially worried. Now I'm not so sure.
Here's what I posted yesterday:

Plame looks like it's about to blow up in bushco's face big time.

As AMERICAblog puts it, "We've got the Washington Post, the New York Times, Bloomberg and, of all publications, the friggin' Wall Street Journal all competing to be THE news service that breaks the true story of what the White House did with regards to RoveGate."

And we're supposed to assume bushco has no contingency plan?

There doesn't seem to be too much that could possibly take Plame off the front pages for now, and that is precisely what has me worried.

Oh, God, I hope I'm wrong.

But then I saw this just a few moments ago:
"Former U.S. intelligence officers criticized President Bush on Friday for not disciplining Karl Rove in connection with the leak of the name of a CIA officer, saying Bush's lack of action has jeopardized national security."

Now I'm thinking that bush would be completely stupid to let anything happen, or the gents from intel would have their points proven.

1. it's easy to be skeptical, as Winston Wolf would say:
"Let's don't go sucking each others dicks yet gentleman," but I will admit, it's looking pretty solid. I have hope.
