Campbell Brown, why do you feel so compelled to defend Karl Rove....
and this Administration? Wouldn't you feel more comfortable challenging those in power, rather than nudging up close to them? Don't you feel the role of a journalist is to challenge those in power, when accusations have been made - AND accusations have been made - rather than assuming Karl Rove and the White House are innocent of any wrongdoing. It is they that are in the position to screw us all and it is you that should be watching them - not watching us. When we get back in power, then that is when you challenge the minority, when they become the majority and have the keys to power.

It was a great opportunity for Holt to shame her. He sort of blew it but did okay. He was calm, articulate and measured.

I say hold their "Judas" asses to the fire. They know what the hell they are doing and so do we. Actions have consequences.

5. She's dating Dan Senor.
Remember him? He was the spokesman for Paul Bremer in Iraq. No wonder she's bending over for the Republicans.

8. I should clarify.
I don't know if they're still dating, but at the very least, they did date at one point. Of course, that's bad enough.

7. A little background on Campbell's daddy
He is the former Insurance Commissioner for the state of Louisiana, Jim Brown. Brown was charged with 43 charges of mail, insurance and wire fraud, conspiracy and witness tampering, and was acquitted on all charges by a jury. Brown however was convicted of lying to a FBI agent during an interview concerning the liquidation of Cascade Insurance Co. He served time in a federal penitentiary and was just recently released.

Campbell knows a lot about what happens to people who lie during the investigation of a crime. :)

11. campbell brown is to journalism what a penguin is to an orange.
I watched in horror at an alleged journalist speak so cluelessly about the most popular topic of the day and accept without comment the lies of the GOP shill Stephen Hayes. Is that guy completely without shame or what?

Did one of Olbermann's stick puppet theatre characters get loose and take over Hardball tonight?
